Return and Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the following refund policy: 

• No Refunds After 5 Days: Tickets are non-refundable beginning 5 days after the date of purchase. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

• Refunds Within the First 5 Days: Requests for a full refund may be submitted within 5 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund during this window, please contact us at cinema-televisionworkshops@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and date of purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

• Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer: In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly postpone the workshop for any reason (including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events), ticket holders will be offered:
  • A full refund to the original payment method, or
  • The option to transfer the ticket to a future equivalent workshop (subject to availability). 
  • We will notify ticket holders as soon as possible via email and/or the contact information provided at purchase.

• No-Shows and Unused Tickets: No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for tickets that are not used or for attendees who fail to appear at the event.

• Transfers : Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by us. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact us at least  15 days prior to the event for approval.

This policy is subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made unless required by law.
